New Gas Boiler Installation in Stoke-On-Trent

We were initially pleased with the quote. The work took place and the men worked very hard but the boiler that was fitted was not the one that we were led to believe was the original boiler as mentioned in the estimate - it was a cheaper boiler. There were a couple of unfinished bits which we were happy to finish but really should have been finished by APS as it was their job and that was what we were paying for - a complete job. The old boiler was left for us to discard which we felt was a little sloppy. The boiler papers were completed and signed by APS but he said that he couldn't give us a receipt because he didn't have his papers with him. He said he would drop a receipt in after his holiday. I waited several weeks and still did not receive a receipt. I rang and spoke to him and he promised me that he would drop a receipt in. Sadly still waiting! Wouldn't recommend because of this.

Arrived on time to give quote and then to do the work. Clean and tidy professional job returned to check a small leak the next day. Pleased with the overall job and would recommend them for further work.
