Very friendly professional company who quoted honestly a carried out work reliably. I left one star from tidiness as you could tell work had been done but they did tidy up after themselves.

Following the installtion my boiler began to show an error message. They made excuses and reset the boiler. I was then contacted by my downstairs neighbour who had water pouring into their flat! On further investigation, I discovered that BestHeat had put a screw through their own pipe when refitting the floor boards! They are now ignoring all phone calls and emails! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

From my request for a quotation the company made me feel that I was important to them as a customer. They were really interested in finding out what I wanted and doing everything to meet my need.
They wasted no time visiting my house to see the work that was required and providing me with a quotation to carry out the necessary work.
I agreed a date for the installation and exactly on time the workmen arrived with the new boiler and with bags of tools and fitments to meet every eventuality that could possibly arise during the installation.
The two workmen worked as a team and successfully fitted the new boiler in the same space as that previously occupied by the old boiler which was not a simple task because of the need to change the run of the pipes. The installation was completed in a day and they really worked to achieve that.
The boiler is working well and the improvement in the heating system is clearly apparent.
I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Best Heat gave a great price on installing a new boiler,and were very prompt and professional in their instalation.Unfortunatly the Ravenheat boiler installed was faulty,and as Ravenheat engineers could not be contacted over the weekend nor actually have an engineer in scotland,i was left without heating or hot water for five days.finally after an engineer arrived from leeds in england the boiler was supposedly repaired.a few hours later the boiler shut down again.Best Heat replaced the boiler with a better more expensive boiler at no extra charge to myself.I hope Ravenheat will reimburse all monies due to Best Heat.Thankyou to all at Best Heat.

Rather than slate them in public, I'd just rather give a piece of advice...make sure you ask their installation engineers for their Gas Safe registration card before letting them in your house.

from start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with this company,it was a long shift for the young polish guy doing the installation,but he didn't leave till everything was up &running. cleaned up as he went so no muck trailed through the house. i could go on&on about them but suffice to say anyone who uses them will not be disappointed. definitely 5*
