We were very pleased with the initial installation. However they failed to contact us to arrange the 'free' service after one year. When the programmer failed they attended but said it was outside the one year guarantee and presented us with a bill for £234.00! Other heating engineerws quoted just over £100.00 for the same work. My intial satisfaction is therefore being displaced by a feeling that I am being ripped off!

I would recommend this company 100%. Their work was of the highest standard. The engineers were tidy, polite and showed great respect to our home and did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when I had a last minute request, they were very genuine people. We cannot find fault at all.

I would recommend this company 100%. Their work was of the highest standard. The engineers were tidy, polite and showed great respect to our home and did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when I had a last minute request, they were very genuine people. We cannot find fault at all.

Coleman and Rendell were very very quick to install my combi boiler,i phoned them eight thirty in the morming and it had been fitted by five pm!!! They knew i had no hot water and heating and done their best to help me so i had heating for xmas.

The plumbers were late on most days, I was told it would be a 3 day job using 3 people, only one turned up the first day, then 2 then 2 again and on the 4th day only one. As a landlord it is difficult to comment on these categories as I have not seen the work. However what I can say is that the price quoted was the price I paid, they only started one day late but the work was completed quicker than expected and my agent tells me the property has been left immaculate and you wouldn't know work had been carried out. Only time will tell if the workmanship and reliablility of the system is good. The company quoted as a result of my request to the
"boilerguide" and they responded and did the work as a matter of urgency as requested. I have been delighted with the service

Thank you for getting me three quotes from which I selected the very keenly priced one from Coleman Rendell Ltd.
From the time that their team of Derek, Luke and trainee Charlene entered my house on the Monday morning I knew that I had made the correct choice. Was it the personalities? Was it the smart, clean uniforms with all the right logos? Was it the up-to-date state of the art van? I don't know but first impressions are so important and I had an immediate, secure feeling that this was a very well run operation.
And so it turned out to be a very pleasant week in spite of the disruption.
The agreement was for a replacement central heating system and new bathroom suite to be installed along side this, with me tiling walls and floor around the removal of the old suite and fitting of the new one. The whole thing worked thanks to the 'class act' of the team, joined on Thursday and Friday by Simon.
Nothing was too much trouble, work was non-stop (except for the odd cuppa!)and of a very high standard indeed. The equipment supplied eg.Vaillant Eco Tec Plus 831 boiler and Mira Sport Max electric shower, was also of the highest standard, all within a fixed quote.
So for me then, it was a no brainer - if you want your money well spent, if you want excellent workmanship and best standards with good after-care service. If you want equipment that is recognised as being among the best on the market, if you want excellent guarantees on the whole installation, if you want complete peace of mind - then it's Coleman Rendell

As a non resident landlord I appreciated the prompt communication and ease with which the work was carried out (replacement boiler, 4 radiators installed, gas safety certificate provided and good guarantees for all parts of the work). My tenant was also happy as there was very little disturbance or mess. The price quoted was also competitive but it was the service that was most impressive. Coleman Rendell did a great job and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
