Apart from some slight confusion regarding the electrician, the work was carried out on schedule and at the final price quoted.

Eaga were very efficient in providing quotes and then completing work in a tight schedule. The workmen were friendly, very tiday and professional. But 2 issues arose after they left - for the shower they piped the hot and cold water the wrong way round leaving the shower inoperable. It took a month for them to resolve this. They also left the stop cock dripping which has ruined the kitchen cupboard - I am still waiting for this to be resolved 7 weeks on

the person who came to give me a quote was very pleasant and reassuring - I did not feel unsure or suspicious that I was being manipulated in any way, as often can be the case. The person who fitted the boiler was equally pleasant and solved any hitch without complaint. He arrived on time and worked extremely hard. Finally the electrician who came was also a pleasure to have in my home. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he did little things like asking if I wanted him to remove the old theremostat etc. All in all my experience of this company was extremely good.

eagaheat were the first company to contact us & partly due to our desperate situation & my wifes bad injury they really did pull out all the stops to get the work done ASAP.The standard of work & the quality of the products were excellent.My apologies to the other companies for cancelling but my situation required a speedy response.

Whilst there were many problems before, during and after the Boiler replacement, they proved to be consciencious and corrected everything generally to my satisfaction; I suspect a less complicated installation may have been achieved with less difficulty.

Very professional company. Good communications by phone, arrived on date promised. Work was completed in one day by friendly engineers & electricians with minimum disruption & cleared up before they left. Follow up visit after one week to see if all ok. I would highly recommend Eagaheat

All staff seen very professional and friendly although I could have done with a bit more information about my boiler as I am still not sure about the way it works.

Absolutely fantastic company. They answered immediately, visited and quoted few days later. All work done, but plumbers sometimes not asking where put the pipes, (not with my idea), but generally OK. Lots of additional work done for free. Excellent communication.

Neither the plumbers or the electricians arrived at the agreed time and nobody rang me to advise me of the delay (over 3 hours for plumbers and 2 hours for electrician). However, having said that, the tradesmen we good and I am happy with the completed work

Quote process went well and built confidence (good attentive service, no hard sell), so I opted for Eagaheat despite the price which was higher than several others- I wanted good service, parts and warranty.

Communication was good until the day of work- then they could not confirm when workmen would arrive, then the workmen arrived and said it would take 3 days not 2 (and said this happened all the time, with surveyors underestimating the time involved... if it does why can't the company fix this!?).

They offered to replace my shower "on the side" but then didn't really have time to finish the job, needed an electrician's help, and a week later I'm still waiting for a working shower.

As I'd only budgeted for 2 days off work the 3 days of work was a big problem; I had to trust they'd behave if I left the key for them. I asked them to call when the work was done and they did not.

Moreover, they left a fair amount of rubbish inside the house and left a massive pile in my drive, which I now find out that they can take 5 days to haul away and cannot confirm in advance when that will be.

Overall, for £3.5k combi boiler installation I expected better. It wasn't bad but I was not impressed by the level of service, and phone contact gave rather vague (stating policy) or surly responses. I'd hate to see what I would have gotten for the £2.5k quotes I received, though...

Slight confusion over what was covered by quote. However,this was sorted satisfactorily. Very pleased with company overall and manner in which work carried out.

The salesman who visited to give the estimate was professional, but also gave a very "hard sell". Estimate was prepared and given on the spot (which was good, but also made it more difficult to say 'no').

I'm not qualified to judge the workmanship, but everything was done neatly, on the promised day, and within the time estimate.

Eagaheat were very competitively priced. The work was completed in 2 days with a new boiler re-sited, all controls and valves included. The workmen were pleasant and did a professional job. I would recommend this company.
