From the time of the quote to the actual work being completed was 8 days. The engineers and electrician were very professional and friendly and would recommend to others.

Quick service , very helpful , but the local engineer told me the boiler was covered for parts labour with a 5 yrs annual service, after fitting even the workmen said 5 yrs service , but when I rang Valiant to register my new boiler was told it was only for 1 Yr

very pleased with the speed and efficiency of this company. they worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble. very friendly and helpful at all times. took all the rubbish away and left the house as if they'd never been there. we have a lovely lovely warm house now........

Estimator should have obtained better information from an experienced plumber/fitter due to the AGA. When correect new boiler arrived and new twin coil cylinder the crew that carried out the work were very good and we now have a very good installation.

was going to take other quotes, but the rep was expertly convincing and i had absolutely no heating and was desperate to resolve my problem.
Was assured a team of 2 men would appear the following Monday and be gone Tuesday.
One man came on Monday (his assistant called in sick.)had boiler taken from fireplace mess everywhere and gales blowing through the heatless house.
Tuesday, man never came till midday.
(again alone)stayed till late afternoon, failed to complete the job, came Wednesday and struggled on alone, Late afternoon and wife and myself still frozen (Cooker unusable,so had a cup a soup !!) Just wanted him out and heating on...he went at 6-40.
Radiator in utility room was not where i agreed to have it so washing machine in unusable position.
They are coming i 2 weeks to put it where i wanted. System seems fine, but feel overcharged and cannot recommend this company, They sell a Big Company yet supply a one man band.

The Boiler installation took place just under a week ago and there are 3 major issues still outstanding and need resolving ASAP - details as follows :-

1) The old cold water and Header tanks have not been removed from our loft area as quoted and agreed in the contract .

2) The system has not been power-flushed as quoted and agreed in the contract .

3)The Thermostat programmer is not working correctly and needs to be replaced .

Unfortunately we have not received the professional level of service that was originally promised by their surveyor when we agreed the contract .

Mixed feelings. Rudi and Luke,the engineers who came to do the job, were excellent. Thanks so much guys! However,not all was plain sailing. The salesman, Brian Hale, was punctual and very nice but I eventually ended up with the engineers turning up,much later than what I was told, with a boiler that was too big to fit in the kitchen cupboard. I was not happy! But the company did send out a surveyor the next day who then found a solution to the problem. All in all, I was satisfied, but it did cost me a few more days without hot water and heating and a day which I would have preferred to be doing other things.

Job done in one day. Technicians agree to the work a way to do less mess and to not demolish floor, were flexible about wich way pipes will go. Will recomend to friends.

Work was started at a mutually agreed time and all completed within the day. Everything seems to be working OK. The fitters were very willing to answer questions and give helpful advice on the way the system should be operated.Slightly slapdash about filling in holes in walls and ceiling.

The work was finished as agreed and to a highstandard. I have been contacted by phone since the installation to see if there are any outstanding issues which they can deal with. The workmen who came were friendly and efficient.

The estimator was on time and was able to give more than one price on more than one boiler. He pulled the stops out to get the work done asap.

The surveyor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed at how quickly the job was booked in. The workman (bless him) was on his own so the job took 2 days instead of the quoted 1 however he was very efficient and obviously keen to do a good job rather than rushing and cutting corners and standards. The only gripe i had was i had to chase up the main office to confirm the date of installation, communication there was not great, but once i spoke to them everything was efficient and in order. Overall, a very good job and good experience. Would definitely recommend these guys, very professional! Many thanks

their engineer came on time, his quote was acceptable, after some consideration and reference to other quotes, I rang them and they gave me a date for the work to commence. The men arrived on the day and at a sensible time, and worked until the job was completed, which was well into the evening. So I'm very happy with their service.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for total professionalism from the original quotation thro sales to the fitting of the boiler and tank.

This firm overstretched its resources in taking on this job. Whilst the service was pleasant, their professionalism was lacking. They are based in Rotherham and a London job presented problems in getting here at all or on time and understanding the geography. The boiler works, things were cleaned up to a degree and the price was cheap. Friendly staff at headquarters and installation team but handling my complaint was poor. Two onsite visits beforehand seemed overkill too and a team of four whilst swift seemed an inefficient use of skilled craftsmen.

Job was done very soon after accepting quotation. Seems to have been done efficiently however, lack of co-ordination between office staff and workmen resulted in not all tools needed being brought to do the job.Eventually managed to complete in spite of problems.

Did the job for a fixed price but arrived late, were rather rushed and did not leave the premises in as good a state as I would have expected

Estimator was knowledgeable and thorough, as was surveyor. Appointments were scheduled with impressive speed. The installers turned up on time and, were friendly, polite, helpful and very industrious. After installation I received a call form the office to check that I was satisfied.
The service provided and the price quoted were both excellent. I'm impressed by this company and would certainly recommend them.

The work was completely very quickly and professionally. Good customer service and very happy with the new boiler. Will use this company again for the annual service.

The estimator was good and honest, the boys who did the work were excellent, friendly, tidy, thoughtful and positive. The only drawback was the administration didn't act upon a telelphone message about a subsequent leak the day after. Took them two weeks before anyone came to visit and then they refused to resolve the issue. I ended up doing it myself!

Communication from the start was excellent, was given a quote over the phone & it was a fixed quote. Their where no hidden extras. A surveyor came around to see were each radaitor was to be placed and were the boiler was to go. The workmanship was excellent very friendly & very effiecent they explained everything in detail, the quality of finish was outstanding, would recommend them to anyone.

All the potential problems with the job were fully explained to me by the person who did the initial survey. The fitters were very polite and worked very hard to get the work done in one day. An excellent job!

I was contaced by telephone and arranged for a visit by INHEAT service engineer who gave me a quote which was acceptable,and the work was carried out in one LONG day as promised.
So far everything is working well.
