We try and offer our customers an after care service which makes the customer relaxed to know that we are at the end of the phone, we are also willing to have a further service.

Most customer problems are that when any trades does any sort of work on their premises and creates a problem they seem not to be able to get the person back to rectify their job or work, so therefore we give the customer option to take out an after care service on existing installation i.e. unblocking drains, unblocking guttering, replacing guttering, replacing tap washers, basic plumbing problems that are likely to occur in domestic premises and we also provide servicing on existing appliances.

We always try and take the company to the next level, but we always try and put customer service on top of our list.
