My boiler failed recently so i phoned several plumbers to come out and fix it,but they all said to me that they were to busy and would not be able to come and fix it straight away. I was tearing my hair out as what to do considering the amount of heating specialists in the area of northamptonshire i couldn't beleive this is what i was bieng told. I finally got hold of Vaso from multiheat who came out within the hour, he fixed my boiler within 20 minutes, i must admit i was suprised, but not only from his fast response but also from his willingness to help and his attitude and manners were exemplory. I know from now on if i get a problem with my heating system he will be the one to call, such a pleasure to be in his company, many thanks Vaso, a proffessional outfit indeed, Nicola from Northampton. five star service.

Having tried several different companies in an attempt to ascertain the problem with my fire, I found Multi-Heat. From the outset, Vas was exceptionally helpful and arranged to come on a Saturday morning to assess it. When it became clear that I would need a new fire he carried out research into the best options and sourced companies for the best deal. Vas was flexible about a time that would best suit me and was even prepared to come out on a Sunday to fit it. As it was he rang early one morning to say that he had a cancellation and would do it that day if it suited.
Vas and his colleague were professional and considerate throughout. The house was left immaculately and they took the time to explain the operating of the new fire to me.
I was very impressed with their service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was contacted by Multi-Heat within 2 hours of using Boiler guide by text,requesting permission to contact myself. I spoke to Vas the following day and made an appointment to see him and get a quote for the work I required. From initial contact, to completion of work, Multi-Heat were professional, their workmanship was second to none and the tidiest workmen I have ever seen. The whole team that visited my property were polite, reliable, hard working and a joy to know. I would not hesitate in asking them back for any future work or recommending them to another person. Punctual, professional, reliable and a quality installation. I would recommend Multiheat. Very good at explaining what work was required and training my wife and I on the operation of the boiler timers and other functions. Smaller local companies are always my preference as my experience is you get a better level of service and if you do have any issues post installation, they are just a mobile call away.

Punctual, professional, reliable and a quality installation. I would recommend Multiheat. Very good at explaining what work was required and training my wife and I on the operation of the boiler timers and other functions. Smaller local companies are always my preference as my experience is you get a better level of service and if you do have any issues post installation, they are just a mobile call away.

Wow! I would 100% recommend this company. They are professional, knowledgeable and have done an exellent job.
The engineer who came to quote was polite and knowledgeable, and asked questions in order to determine the right boiler for my needs instead of just trying to sell me the dearest one. The quote was very reasonable, and very good value for money.
The engineers who carried out the work arrived on time and caused minimal disruption and mess. Once they had finished, they cleaned up and put everything back, so you wouldn't know they'd been! The work is of an extremely high standard and you can see that they take pride in their work, something we don't see enough of these days. They showed me how to use the new system and are happy for me to call them if I have any problems.

Vas and his guys showed themselves to be completely dedicated professionals from the outset. They made everything from the quote to the installation a really pleasant experience and their professionalism exceeded any service levels I've ever experienced as a householder.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was explained in simple enough terms for me to understand but in great enough detail to show me that they all knew their subject inside out.
I cannot fault their cleanliness and the care they took with every part of the job. They worked around our demanding timescales (getting kids off to school and getting evening meals ready etc)without a murmur.
Particularly impressive was the 'after sales' service, which involved Vas coming back at an evening time to suit us - to check that the already perfect job was still functioning perfectly!
The standards that the guys achieved really are the model that all other companies should be aiming to copy. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anybody and would be only too willing to provide any kind of future reference regarding their impeccable standards of service, quality and cleanliness.

You will not come across a company like this very often, the service I received was truly exceptional and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Whilst working in our home they were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, clearly they took pride in completing a good job. We had problems with our boiler timer (caused by our kitchen fitters), after calling Vas at Multi-Heat late in the evening, he had someone out to us the next day and was here himself solving the problem for us at 9pm on a Friday.
