Nigel contacted me very quickly and came to view within an hour. He quickly identified the problem, made an interim repair to get the system working, so we had heating and hot water, then gave a quote and arranged to come to do the repair fully the next day.
He arrived as arranged the next day and did the job quickly and efficiently.
I also found Nigel to be friendly and helpful and he treated my house with respect - something I have found lacking with many tradespeople in the past. I felt he was honest, helpful and also clearly knows his stuff!

Mr Moran tried his best to fix the old combi boiler but when this wasn't possible he quoted for a replacement. The work was done the next day and was completed quickly and efficiently. I cannot fault anything that was done and the boiler is a great improvement

Nigel! What a man! He rang me, came the very same day, checked all the property, gave some free advise straight away, then gave a couple of options of available boilers and went through pros and cons of them in detail so now I feel like a boiler expert myself! He started early in the morning today and by the late afternoon all job was done! All done very tidy, no messy bits left and now we've got an excellent boiler in the house for a bargain price in just one day. It's quieter, smaller, miles more efficient and with the cool wireless thermostat! Thanks Nigel!

Honest, professional advice and excellent workmanship...I though we needed a new boiler and asked for a quote but after visiting our home Nigel advised the boiler did not need replacing but required some replacement parts...4 days later Nigel fitted the parts and adjusted the radiators and the hot water and heating now work fine and at a fraction of the cost of replacing the boiler...thanks!

Nigel provided the most reasonable quote of all the quotes we received. He arrived promptly and quickly discovered our house was an awkward one to work on! He and his team worked tirelessy until 6 pm to ensure that when they left our new boiler was working and our heating was on! He refused to take payment until I was happy with the work. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the fact we paid exactly what we'd been quoted. I would definitely recommend! At last, we have heating that works!

I was very happy with Nigel Moran, he was punctual and very friendly and gave me a number of options before repairing our boiler. He was very friendly and worked efficiently to get our heating and hot water back on. He tidied up very well and I would not hesitate to call him in the future if we need any repairs or a new boiler. Nigel came to the house to give us our quote he asked what we wanted, gave us a couple of options, very detailed and honest in his recommendations, his quote was the best, but it was his honesty and his professionalism that got him the work, he fitted the boiler in the time stated, he never stopped in the two days he was here, not even for a brew.. work completed 100% as stated, no hidden charges, i would recommend nigel to anyone, really sound fella!!!

Proper survey of work required carried out, as opposed to cursory glances by n power and british gas who were more interested in pricing the work than what the job actually entailed.
Full itemised estimate provided as well as a timescale.
Contractor completed work on time and to a more than satisfactory standard.
Throughout the time he spent in our home we were kept fully informed of progress and we are delighted with the result.
