The quote undercut British Gas by approx 30% and even though the estimate was only completed in the evening the work was still carried out the next day and my heating was back on by mid-afternoon.
Would be very happy to pass on my recommendation to others.

I would like to congratulate Premier on a first class job. All is working well.
There was a hiccup due to an error in the boiler PCB, I must say that the even when it was not their problem they did sort it and followed up with the boiler vendor rep. They took this very seriously.
In addition I was pleased they kept me informed regularly as to the status of the situation. This job was done mid-November and evening temperatures were falling.
All to many times I have had work started and contractors walk a way for periods never giving me updates or keep me informed.
One of the engineers was especially helpful returning after his college day to commission the set up after the fault had been corrected.
All in all a professional job from a company who worried about the customer.
Thanks to you all.
