Finding a decent engineer is not easy, ask anyone who has had to trawl through the Yellow Pages... I came across Keith via this site after a Google search and thought I would try it out. Keith from Response came back and stood out with his communication which was much more professional than other plumbers I have tried before. Not the cheapest quote but certainly first impressions positive and he was willing to accomodate me on time (evening appointment). Turned up as arranged, demonstrated a good understanding of what needed to be done (2 other plumbers had tried and failed), was clean and tidy and completed the job to my satisfaction. I have no problems recommending Keith so much so that he's coming back to do a service for me!

Communication was excellent - keeping me informed throughout. Was left in no doubt as to the extent of the work and when it would be carried out. The standard of workmanship was excellent and Keith really knows his stuff. I will have no hesitation in recommending Response Heating to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future for any other work I have.

Changed my system over to a Gas Combi with Baxi 40HE boiler and also install a Mira Shower. The service was excellent from start to finish. Keith Livingstone was a pleasure to deal with and thoroughly professional. I woudln't hesitate to use again and have made a point of recommeding him to my friends.

Very pleasant experience from the start. Explained alternatives & listened and acted upon replies. Went out of his way to satisfy our requirements. Stayed on out-of-hours to complete sections of the work. Very professional in his approach and did not cut corners. On completion, went through the whole job with us and explained how the legal rest requirements had been met by him. After-care service is also excellent and he got back to us quickly with queries on how to operate the system. As an afterthought he not only got the job done well but it's also aesthetically pleasing - you should see the quality & uniformity of his pipework!

Very pleased with Response Heating Services.
My boiler had stopped working completely; no heat or hot water. I emailed through boilerguide.co.uk and received a call back less than 2 hours later. He made a working diagnosis on the phone and arranged an appointment the next night. Although held up by a previous job he kept me informed that he was going to be late, and when he did arrive had the fault completely sorted within an hour, and provided full checks of all other aspects of the boiler functioning. On top of it all, a really nice guy.
I will definitely be using Response Heating Services on a regular basis for servicing and repair now!
