Longforgan DD2 - I was wondering if you could help me please? My wife and I are currently looking to purchase a new house in Longforgan and noticed that the boiler the current owner has is 15 years old and quite big (about the size of a dishwasher) as the house used to be a bed and breakfast and he said they need the ability to have hot running water in all three bedrooms at the same time! Ideally, once we have moved in we would like to look at the option of replacing this boiler with a new combi boiler (boiler only) and would therefore appreciate it if you could give me a rough estimate to supply and install this (plus disposal of the old boiler) I know it is very difficult to quote when you haven't seen the property but we really only need a rough figure at this stage.
