CB22 - A boiler service, which may also involve a PowerFlush. The system has been drained recently, due to new radiator being installed, but the pump on the system now seems to be tempermental (with downstairs rads not heating up, with upstairs being hot).

CB1 - Baxi combi boiler keeps turning off automatically. Light flashing overheat. Pressure is in normal range (good). Reset turns it back on, but not a fix as still turns off.

CB4 - First service Potterton Promax 24SL. Boiler is used for hotwater and underfloor heating.
