The boiler is over 20 years old. We have been advised that the make was discontinued in 2007. It is a Wochester HeatSlave. We require a new boiler system. As we also have a 3 year old son it is very important that the heating is fixed asap.

PE1 - The boiler is a Halstead Finest Gold It was installed in November 2001 and has been quite a problem on a lot of occasions since then. We have had problems with hot water and currently we have a massive problem in that how water is not available.The water pressure also rises and is staying at 1.5/2 bar. We have a shower in the bathroom upstairs that is not an electric one but just from the boiler system and we cannot get hot water that is above just off cold which is a major problem because my son takes a shower every day or wants to. water is available better downstairs in the kitchen( the only tap downstairs) but it goes cold then comes back warm does manage to get hot for a while so all in all it is a problem.This boiler is apparently rated g for effeciency
