SK5 - Pressure keeps dropping and I have to turn with a knife to get the pressure back up. This occurs every single day and the water is not that hot even when pressure is up a bit.
SK2 - I have a Baxi 80e combi boiler which is sited on the cellar.
Boiler is on an old fashioned rotating timer built in to the boiler.
I would like to upgrade this with a remote 7 day timer that can be located on the ground floor. Also, if possible I would like to be able to control it from a mobile phone so I cna switch on and off if away from home. Do you have any fitters familiar with this

SK4 - The house has a back boiler which I'm not sure how old. I would like to know how reliable these are and what would be cost to replace with a condensing combi boiler. Or would it be better to replace with a new baxi back boiler?

Hot water is unvented cylinder, there are 12 double rads with TRVs and a bathroom towel rail without TRV.
Bramhall SK7 - To replace boiler (5 yr old Heatline combi) with a new Biasi ActivA HE Combi Boiler (4 bed detached , 2 toilets, 10 Radiators). Must be able to validate 5 year warranty. May consider powerflush prior to install and fit MagnaClean Professional/Fernox Total Filter TF1 and Limescale Protection dependent on cost.
Marple SK6 - I live in a 4 bedroom detached house with a 26 yr old Mexico open flue boiler located in the kitchen plus a main medway automatic multipoint boiler located in the bathroom which provides all hot water. The central heating boiler supplies 6 upstairs radiators (4 beds; bathroon and landing) and 7 rads downstairs including a fan assisted myson heater located in the hall. I would like to replace the 2 current boilers with a single condensing boiler (eg Worcester Bosch or Vaillant) to be located in the bathroom in current location of the multipoint (there is room). I would also like to replace the fan assisted heater with a small double panel rad in the same position in the hall. I would also like to take advice about the desirability of a power flush to the system at the time of installation. The current system has been serviced regularly under a British Gas 5 star contract and a recent visit by a british gas representative has confirmed that the water pressure in the house is adequate to support the system I wish to have installed and have also confirmed that there are no problems relating to house electrics and the earthing boiler in the bathroom or the proposed location of the new boiler. A minimum of additional pipework would be necessary to pick up water and electric supplies and it should be possible to remove the boiler condensate into an adjacent drain.
SK2 - My current system is a separate heating and hot water system. Heating Boiler in cellar is Vulcan Viceroy circa 1975. Hot water boiler is wall mounted Bosch Worcester in kitchen, approx 15 yrs old. I wish to swap the two if possible for a single combi boiler in position of existing wall mounted kitchen boiler, and replace 1 radiator for higher btu rated one.
