PL6 - Glow-worm boiler is not functioning. It is unable to reset and light the "green" light.

PL9 - the gas boiler already install before I move in around 1998 now British Gas marked it at risk, it is still working perfectly, I am not under their guarantee repair service.
Roborough PL6 - The existing gas boiler is v old and we have been told it is unsafe. It has been responsible for hot water and central heating. We have been advised to replace with a condensing combi boiler. Location of existing boiler is in airing cupboard but without external wall so told flue work required to go out through attic. Also told will need removal of existing cold water tank. Property is 3 bed with 8 radiators
Mutley PL3 - This property is rented out and I don't have exact boiler details to hand (manual is with tenant at the property). It is a Chaffoteaux, approx 12 years old and has a history of being extremely unreliable. Currently covered under British Gas 5* cover and has had numerous repairs and power flush to system. Has now reached a point where it would be bette to replace entirely. I believe the rads are all fine so it would just be a case of removing and disposing of the old boiler and installing a new one. Boiler is housed in flat roofed outhouse with washing machine off from the kitchen. Property is mid terrace 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom turn of 20th century property.
PL5 - install combi boiler replacing back boiler system, keep current rads, upgrade pipework
PL6 - boiler, conventional, open vent - has broken down and it's time to replace it.

Wembury PL9 - Remove and dispose present Baxi Solo gas boiler and replace with Glowworm Flexicom 15hx. Horizontal flue terminal. Install external condensate connection and add Magnaclean or similar system.
