BH4 - This house is actually my daughters house. She is at Uni and they have a tennant renting. The initial contact to conduct the survey should be the tenant on the mobile number given as I cannot attend regularly for appointments. I will then conduct negotiations by telephone (number provided) and proceed from there.
BH5 - Current boiler is well over 20 years old and has completely broken so need a new boiler fitted. Not sure whether to have combi boiler or keep water tank and have normal boiler fitted.
BH10 - remove current backboiler, flush through current radiator run. Instal new combi boiler and attach to existing radiator/hot water system.
BH10 - Replace existing conventional boiler with new condensing combi boiler. Wall mounted in kitchen cupboard.
BH9 - we have a system which has to boilers in the property, one that heats the hot water for taps and the other does the central heating and we have been told that they need replacing for one boiler that can do both jobs with maybe a hot water tank installing in the roof? also maybe need thermostatic valves on all the radiators. its a large house with 16 radiators and the system may need flushing?

BH10 - I am moving into A Bournemouth Council bungalow soon and their saurveyor says they do not plan replacing the old CH and Heating System until 2022, when I shall be 100 years old. They will allow me to do it at my expense. I want to use a Combi Boiler. Present radiators are old single steel ones with no thermostatic valves. Are any grants available?
BH2 - We have old boiler which is in the our living room,as owner accomodation is in the hotel.Next froom living room is hot water tank room.I think that befor boiler was in that room too.Now we would like to get new boiler and find better place for it.
