BN1 - There have been a number of problems with my existing gas boiler and it now requires further repairs. It must be 10-15+ years old so I think it's probably time to replace it. Not sure of the model (I'm not living in the flat), but it is I believe an Italian model.

Currently have combi i believe is called a Valiant that is described by British Gas as a rolls royce but very old. Intermittantly does not ignite and causes hot water delay and or cold showers.British gas with whom I have a 3 star repair and call out arrangment state they can no longer supply all parts for the boiler.

BN1 - There is currently an active gas meter in property. Previous tenant only had gas hob, but there are no radiators and only a fortic tank/immersion heater I think. We are looking to possibly install radiator system throughout (one/two in lounge/open plan kitchen, one in bedroom, one in bathroom) obviously quotes are quite specific, but I would just like a rough estimate for the amount of work that would need to be carried out.
