Boiler:
Remove Potterton floor standing boiler
Install new Worcester Combi wall mounted boiler
Remove water tanks in loft
Remove cylinder and tidy pipes in airing cupboard
Heating system:
Power flush (10 radiators in total)
Replace individual thermostatic controls on each of the radiators with s/steel
Ground floor:
Remove one isolated radiator from lounge (behind fire surround)
Remove one leaky radiator from hall (by front door)
Remove and re-site 2nd hall radiator to replace leaky rad by door
Kitchen:
Renew plumbing including mains isolator tap etc
Renew as necessary plumbing for washing machine, sink and waste disposal (no dishwasher)
Check/renew gas supply for new kitchen hob
WC:
Investigate and replace as required w.c., radiator and basin pipework
Replace wash handbasin (mono tap, pop-up waste & chrome bottle trap)
First Floor:
Replace shower unit (currently electric) suitable for Combi
Install new small radiator in airing cupboard
Externally:
Check and replace as required outside water tap.

BN20 - I live in a 5th floor flat and have a floor mounted boiler which works by storing a cylinder of hot water. (gravity fed)? As there is no height in my cylinder cupboard my water pressure is very weak. I would like to know if a combination boiler would be a better arrangement for me? If so I would like the work done in the next two months.
