G3 - SAAIC is a community centre whose central heating system needs repair. Inlet and outlet pipes to most radiators are leaking. Boiler although 7 years old seems to be in working order. There are three halls. Hall number 1 is the biggest and currently has 4 radiators in it. Hall number 2 and 3 have 3 radiators each. We wish a survey to be carried out to give us an idea and discuss what best can be done with the system. As we are a charity so we are looking for best quotes. We are looking to get this work done with peace of mind ASAP.

Cumbernauld G68 - After service last monday, engineer identified need for reolacementpressure relief valve. I have phoned several times to get a quote for this work and have been told I would be called. Still waiting. Would appreciate early response with quote hopefully favourable since I would like to be able to proceed with repair soonest as I don't want to run boiler on central heating until this is fixed.
New & Replacement Gas Boilers in Glasgow
Bearsden G61 - I currently have a Vokera 28/96 RSE Combi Boiler, 19 yrs service and performed well. I reside in a bungalow, the C H system is piped 15 mm copp, 2 rads 10 mm and incorporates 12 rads of varying sizes over 3 levels. The system worked very well until a couple of wks ago. Rads were not heating up as efficiently as before until some rads progressively failed to heat up at all, unless I turned off other rads on the system. I apreciate the boiler is dated however decided to replace the boiler pump. This did improve heat circulation albeit for a short time. I removed the cold rads (6) from the system and flushed them with a garden hose until they ran clear. They were not particuarly dirty. I have dosed the system with 2 lit of Sentinel X400 in an attempt to dislodge any sludge etc. the boler pressure is maintaied at approx 1.5 bar and system sufficiently bleed.
G77 - I have a 105,000 BTU combi boiler from 2004.
I have 5 large bedrooms and 3 large public and 3 bathrooms. I have one shower that requires hot water from the boiler and one electric shower. We often need to use the bath too, but I find the boiler capacity too small. I need only the boiler replaced for something bigger and more economical if possible. My present boiler is NOT a self condensing one.
G3 - I just need a boiler change over from a puma boiler which i have and iv had it for 18 years its in my kitchen abover the work top and its very tidy so its just a change over to a new boiler. The boiler i have is Potterton Puma 80e boiler and all pipes are copper and are lined up with gas pipe and i have a eletoric socket to and right behind the boiler the vent exit pulse its running 5 large Radiators and 6 small and out of the six 5 small radiators are up stairs.
Kirkintilloch G66 - Looking for a quote to replace a wall mounted Ariston Combi Boiler with a modern day alternative with a good to high hot water flow rate.
Property has 14 radiators with 2 bathrooms and 1 en-suite shower which is predominatly used by everyone in the house (baths are very rarely used).
G77 - I have a 15 year old Sime super 90 + combi for 15 years that has needed one repair to the diverter and has been superb. However, it is now obsolete and my BG contract says they may struggle for bits for it. I have six radiators in my 2 bed house, electric shower. I liked the bax1 28 HE Platinum. Could you quote ?
I have a quote for £1455 and apparently need a flush , too which the company said they will do FOC meantime.
G14 - Need a replacement boiler for a 3 bed house, 9 radiators.
Rough estimate price, currently in Oz with tenants in the house so best to contact through email, although will phone to sort out details.

G41 - My current boiler is old and I wish to replace it. There is a small leak/drip coming from the bottom of the unit. It was repaired in April for a separate fault, and at that time the engineer said that I would be better replacing the whole thing. Apparently, however, some of my kitchen needs ripped out to replace the boiler. I wish to avoid this at all costs, and would like a quote for a new boiler and a second opinion regarding fitting. Thank you.
Eaglesham G76 - Drain down central heating system. Strip out and remove existing central heating boiler, hot water cylinder and heater tank. Supply and install condensing combi boiler (Worcester Bosch Junior 28i or similar), complete with remote room thermostat/programmer and flue, altering pipework to suit. Install condensate pipe. Install 6-off thermostatic radiator valves to existing radiators. Brick up and render existing flue hole. Refill system and test.
G43 - Replace existing gas boiler (Potterton Profile 60e which is circa 23 years old) with combi condensing boiler with radiometric timer/controller/thermostat. Also remove and replace panel radiator in hall. Also remove two radiators from under window in main bedroom and replace with a large panel radiator on another wall. Similarly in living room, remove three small radiators from under window and replace with a large panel radiator on another wall. Further work would involve removing the hot water and expansion tank from the attic.
G74 - my boiler is a very dated back boiler it is not keeping the pilot light and burner lit and switches off. sometimes it doesnt come on at all so i cannot get hot water or heating. my flat is currently up for sale so this has come at a really bad time. ideally i would have liked to just got it repaired but the one company i have tried are struggling to get the parts. i would be interested in speaking to any one who could access parts to old central heating systems or at a last resort get a price for a new boiler (pref the cheapest option avail)
Cambuslang G72 - Replacement of Potterton Flamingo 50S boiler. We would wish to replace with a heat only type of boiler and retain the hot water tank in our airing cupboard. Most radiators already have thermostatic valves fitted. There is a programmable roomstat and Potterton EP3002 programmer. There is a 2 way zone valve and 8mm piping for most of the 10 radiators.
Bearsden G61 - The old hot water tank has a leak and instead for replacing it it make more sense to install an combination boiler. I think it the job would involve some mains pressure pipes being placed and a new combination boiler being installed and attached to the current central heating system.
G41 - Replace 30 year old boiler & water tank with combi boiler .3 bed flat , 10 radiators & 2 bathrooms .
Very easy access , large stand alone cupboard , full door.

G77 - I require a new boiler. We have a 5 bedroom house, in total there is 18 radiators which run off the boiler.
As we have 3 showers I would not want a condensing boiler - having had one in my flat where it worked well, we had a large one with a tank in our last house and it was not as good as a traditional boiler and hot water tank.

G11 - I have a Volkera syntese 25 which is 6 years old , despite Volkera visiting the hot water is very poor - I want a replacement biler of at least 30KW with a better flow to 2 bathrooms of hot water . its a 4 bed room flat over 2 floors with boiler in kitchen with access to outside wall . 10 radiators . call me for more info

Bearsden G61 - Recently had a leak in ceiling- scottish power emergency care came out and advised that my storage tank was unsafe and badly cracked - they advised that a new tank would be required and recommended that a new central heating system would be required - looking for costs for storage tank and tank inc new central heating system.

Barrhead G78 - Mid terrace, 2 bedroom, open plan property. We currently have storage heaters and white meter for the hot water. Im enquiring about a price as im trying to sell this expenditure to my wife. We have on-demand electric heaters in the bedrooms which do a good job so we won't need these replaced. We would need an electric combi boiler, one large radiator for the living room, a small for the kitchen and the plumbing for the hot water for the kitchen & bathroom(which is upstairs). The bathroom does not need heated as its a non-windowed extractor fanned variety and stays quite warm at all times. I would prefer if you emailed me your thoughts on this rather than phoned me. I can't see this going ahead till next spring at the earliest. Thank you very much.
