LE5 - britony se 80 nat combi boiler. Hot water was working annd when we tried to turn the heating as well then it does not work it just had heating for 5 mins and then it's gone since. We did not use the heating for a very long time since last year winter and this time that we wanted to turn on it just heat for a very short time abotu 5 mins and heating is dead and as well as the water it won't work anymore. We wonder what happened to it.

Pilot light will not remain lit when gas control knob released
Thermocouple has been replaced but fault still exists
LE2 - Boiler is a Worcester CDi xtra. The hot water upstairs is ok but the hot water downstairs only working when heating on.
