LE5 - New Combi Boiler required in Terraced house. Quotes for Glow worm and Worcester Greenstar 24i Junior and 28i Junior (or anything around the same specification but must be recommended and reliable boiler manufacturer). Current system is conventional (water tank in airing cupboard, and two tanks in loft). Current boiler is a Ravenheat CSI Primary (87% efficiency) is still operational but keeps failing to flare up. Our mixer type shower is also broken as this works from gravity fed tank, we will be looking to have the Combi boiler piped to our existing shower for improved pressure to shower head. We don't want boiler re-siting and must abviously come with some form of magnetic cleaner. We will also need a powerflush to remove suspected sludge from old system, which I am hoping will all be included in price quoted. We already have Thermostats on all 7 of our radiators. The rear is fully PVC double glazed and front wood frames single/double glazed. A new copper gas pipe required from external gas meter to new boiler will also be required. An external condensate pipe is already connected to main drainage and we have a relatively new central heating and hot water digital programmer on the wall. We would like you to remove all obsolete tanks from the premises (free of charge if possible) If there is a charge for this then this will not be required. Your work has to be guaranteed and we will need a Certificate from building regulations.

LE5 - At the moment I have an imersion heater and hot water tank in the airing cupboard. Have electric heaters with there own stats at the moment but all the old electric radiators will be removed, and the house will be fairly clear, and also if required the appropriate floor boards removed for easy access. I will require 6 radiators, and a decent combi boiler.

LE2 - Please quote for replacing a back-boiler with hot water tank (and immersion heater) with a combi-boiler. Some new pipework will be required to relocate the boiler, possible to the airing cupboard or ideally elsewhere, and the existing heating pipework requires flushing. Also please quote seperately for installing TVRs throughout (8 radiators).
