L15 - Replace a Potterton Flamingo 50s with a recommended combination bolier for a 4 bed property with 2 bathroom (note 1 bathroom has electric shower and only one bathroom has a bath). Boiler location would be the same place and all piping is exposed. 22mm gas pipe would have to be installed on the exterior of the property running parallel down a straight wall (circa 5m). 7 radiators would require a TSV fitting. Hot water storage tank would need disconnection and removal.
L6 - I need a new gas fired central heating boiler please . My existing one is 20+yrs old and still working, but not very fuel efficient.
