OX2 - as this is one of the old type boilers (floor standing with piolet light)we want it replaced and apply fot the goverment £400 replacement schreme All THE REST OF THE HEATING SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE IN ORDER

Cumnor OX2 - Provide and install central heating boiler with capability of supplying fifteen (15) radiators plus heated towel rail, and domestic hot water. Current boiler Ideal E type RS100N (approx. 25/30 years old) rated by British GAS service engineer as below 60% efficient at service on 30-03-09.

OX2 - Currently there is a back boiler installed which is very old. This needs to be replaced by a new combi boiler (provided by us) in the loft (including the necessary pipework). Furthermore 4 sets of thin, old pipes leading to radiators will need to be replaced by standard 15mm pipes. The fire front that is currently attached to the back boiler needs to be replaced by either an open fire or a modern gas fire (depending on feasibility). We will be sourcing the new fire place. All the unnecessary components, like the hot water cylinder and the two water tanks in the loft need to be removed. The work should be carried out under the current government boiler scrappage scheme (our old boiler qualifies). We will be sourcing the boiler and the new fire front, everything else (pipes, joints, etc) should be provided. The quoted price should include all these materials.

OX4 - Replacement of combi boiler. Current model is Ideal Sprint. Needs to be suitable for a 4 storey house with 20 radiators. Also interested in it being as green as possible - solar heating.

Littlemore OX4 - replace old boiler and water tank (in loft) with combi boiler.

OX2 - our original boiler is over 15years old and has now packed up! we need a new combi-boiler.

OX1 - Remove and fit new combi boiler. Current make is Vaillant
