PA2 - I am looking to get a cost for a replacement boiler under the £400 scrappage scheme. I have been advised by a British Gas Engineer that I need only replace the existing boiler (23 y/o Baxi Boiler)as he stated that all radiators, pipework and fittings are upto the new task. I would need the old boiler and storage tank removed from the existing location and a new Boiler fitted. All scrappage costs from the existing system can be kept by the installer if they require.

PA2 - There is no central heating in the house, just a water heater. There is gas in the street and I'll need to arrange for it to be piped from the street as I don't have a meter. I have had one quote which was based on 9 radiators of various sizes. The number of radiators is flexible.
