Looking for new reliable boiler maybe a worcester or baxi but are quite open to recommendation. we have a small property 1 bathroom 1 livingroom and 2 bedrooms with total of 5 radiators, batroom shower is electric so main water for heating and bath and taps. some work required for new flue system to go vertical threw roof, current system is horizontal and is too close to outside window.

NE3 - The gas boiler cannot be initiated by controller, every time need to light up manually. If this is for central heating, it will be switch off once reached the temperature and will not be able to turn on automatically controlled by the controller. One have to manually light it up again.
