NE2 - I need to replace my old and very inefficient Worcester Bosch 240 gas combi boiler. It currently will produce luke warm water on demand, unless the central heating is on (in which case it is boiling). My shower is also mains fed mixer. There is no radiator in the kitchen, which I would like, and all other radiators do not have thermostats. Ideally I would also like a 7-day digital timer. My flat is 2-bed on 3rd floor and the boiler is in the kitchen, where I would like it to stay. Many thanks.

NE15 - we have a baxi 80e combi boiler about 3 years old. when i put the water and heating on it works for little while and then lights start flashing on the boiler and the radiators get colder. The hot water also only works when i first turn on the boiler and the water isnt as hot as it should be and goes cold after a few minutes. maybe the sensors?
NE4 - problem with boiler, we either have hot water or central heating but not both. urgent repair required.
