Essington WV11 - Supply, install and commission a new 15kw Baxi Solo HE A boiler to replace existing Baxi WM51/3 RS unit installed in an open vented central heating system with indirect hot water cylinder. The existing installation includes a two channel Horstmann CentaurPlus C27 central heating and hot water programmer, Wilo-Smart 25/6-130 pump, Drayton mid position valve, cylinder stat and Siemens room stat all to be retained. The system is a combined micro bore/standard bore installation comprising eleven radiators, some fitted with TRVs.

I am investigating the possibility of converting to a high efficiency gas boiler as part of a project assessing the energy efficiency of the facilty and potential for improvement.
