Had the boiler installed by the local plumbers in 2017 - all checked and working fine until the red lights started flashing, this went over a 2 month period , as per the instructions it states if the red lights flash contact your plumber, I would never had stopped phoning the plumber to have corrected, I made up a diary of everytime the red lights flashed , the plumber had to be called as we had enough and the usual they did not know what was the cause and how to rectify it, then the plumber said oh we will put in another pipe which they did and when he finished the job he said you will not get anymore red lights flashing, what a laugh they still appear , I just put the boiler off and reset it and wait to cool down and put it back on again, I dont know what to do now I have spoken to the plumbers about another thing and he asked how are we getting on with the boiler just told him that the red lights still appear and we put it off to cool down and reset and put it back on again, that's all I can do unless the manufacturers can come up with something, help.
