The Which? consumer magazine has favoured the Vaillant and Worcester Bosch group in one of their reports, giving the company ‘Best Buy’ leader status. Altogether the Worcester Bosch group won 23 Which? ‘Best Buy’ accreditations for its Greenstar boiler range, particularly the new CDi Classic. The Worcester boilers were also recommended as being one of the most reliable brands on the market.

Customer scores in the boiler breakdown cover and servicing report were the highest for the 5th consecutive year. The boilers were judged according to price, customer service, response repair time and value for money.

“We are delighted to receive this response from customers with such valuable feedback” said Worcester Bosch Group director of marketing and technical support Martyn Bridges. “The reliability and efficiency of our products, servicing and customer satisfaction is something we are extremely proud of and invest heavily in every year.”

The Vaillant ecoTEC range of high efficiency boilers has also been awarded ‘Best Buy’ status in the magazine annual boiler survey receiving the award for the third consecutive year and moving Vaillant to the top of the most reliable brands list well above other brands.

“Which? Best Buy reports are influential, respected, and independent” commented Vaillant Southern Commercial Director Dave Lacey. “Our ecoTEC range has always performed well, receiving Best Buy recommendations from Which? for many years, but we’re never complacent so are delighted with this result and the endorsement from happy customers.”

Over 11,000 customers were approached for the survey, more than twice the response of 2011.
