Impressive End of Year Results For Glen Dimplex
During its first full year of trading in 2010/2011, Glen Dimplex Boilers has turned what had previously been a loss making part of their operation into a positive contributor, posting impressive end of year results.
“What’s particularly pleasing about last year’s performance is that the backing and support that we have received from installers and merchants for the new Dimplex gas boiler brand has completely surpassed our expectations,” said managing director, Colin Gardner.
“The re-branding away from the Halstead brand could have been painful for everyone, but the launch of the new Dimplex gas boiler brand and product range has paid dividends,” he added.
Glen Dimplex is attributing the successful launch of their new boiler brand and product range down to the extensive research, understanding and involvement the company has with installers, which has played a pivotal role in their marketing strategies.
The company also attributes its successful year in part to their technical helpline and their in-house telemarketing operation dedicated to installers and one-to-one help and information covering service, spare parts, warranties, training and technical issues. Other factors, such as active lead generation, promotional offers and ‘ignite’ – their very own installer loyalty scheme – have also contributed to their success.
Glen Dimplex Boilers say they expect to enjoy continued growth over the forthcoming year.
