Repair of a Gas Boiler in London

Contacted Boualem on 9 Feb 2021. He attended same day to diagnose the problem with my boiler. Gave me an estimate of the repair costs which needed parts. He returned the next day to fit the part. Boualem was very friendly and professional at his job. Highly recommendable. I will definitely use his services next time.

The stardard of work by Boualem and his team is exceptional - he is actually more deserving of a 6-star review.

My job involved changing a heat-only boiler (complete with hot water cylinder and 2x water tank removal) to a combi boiler + thermostat + TRVs.

This is quite a big job, and what I love about ASW Plumbing is that they didn't rush to finish the job - they took as long as was necessary to get the job doing properly. In addition, Boualem is clearly an expert Gas Safe engineer, and he takes the time to explain (with drawings!) everything that the work will entail - and the final outcome turned out exactly as he explained. The finished product was also very neat and tidy (he even cleaned up afterwards).

In addition, Boualem and his team were professional throughout and maintained the use of facemasks and social distancing throughout the job.

I couldn't recommend Boualem & ASW Plumbing enough - I will certainly be using Boualem for my annual gas safety check, and any other gas / plumbing related works in the future!
