Russell - the owner of Be warm and Cosy - was very quick to respond to my enquiry to replace leaky boiler and 2 old radiators. He did an excellent site survey - took time to explain the various systems on offer. I felt confident to agree to his quote. Brett was the gas engineer who carried out the works. He is very enthusiastic, hard working and takes great pride in his work. (Cleans up good too). I had my flue re-sited which entailed knocking out the old one and blocking up the hole. His brickwork is excellent! Definitely happy/pleased that I chose this Company.
