Benjamin contacted me on the same day that I contacted Boilerguide and was able to come out within a couple of days to provide a quote. I found Benjamin to be very personable, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He provided a very competitive written quote within a couple of days, as promised, and we offered him the job. At the time we had been without heating and hot water for several days and Benjamin did everything he could to get us up and running as soon as possible. From our first meeting to when the boiler was fully installed took just a week. Benjamin worked really hard, was thorough and tidy. He text to say if he was going to be a few minutes late (which is unusual for a tradesman). Since the installation, we had a couple of teething problems which we were able to resolve immediately as Benjamin responded to my text messages and provided advice via text. We also had a small weep in the boiler, which Benjamin came out and fixed within a couple off days. Since then, we have had no problems. I cannot praise BML Heating and Plumbing Services enough. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to see Benjamin again in a year for my boiler service!
