The person doing the work, the company owner, came to give the quotation. He was polite and efficient and also took account of the COVID19 precautions in place. Flosmart gave me confidence that the work would be carried out to a high standard and at a price I was happy with.
Installation was carried out efficiently and to how I was told it would be . Installer arrived on time , he left the property clean and tidy. Relevant documents, building regs and warrantees arrived a couple of days after installation.
