The customer service element has been fantastic. Clear communication from initial enquiry to the final installation of the boiler has been excellent, both from the gas engineers to the company director. In regards to the boiler, a minor issue had occurred yet had been dealt with efficiently and with great customer service. Time will tell regarding the boiler itself, however I am very happy with all aspects of the buying and fitting process provided throughout by this company. Credit where its due and its customer service ethos. Would happily recommend them to others.
