We had an excellent quote, good installation but no electrician to make it work. One week on there is still no sign of when it will be resolved
Despite multiple calls, emails and attempts to resolve I am still without a date where I will be able to use my boiler. They have promised to contact me and have not on numerous occasions. Their customer service has been dishonest and failed to honour their commitments on every opportunity.
I recommend that you DO NOT RECOMMEND this company any longe for the good of Boiler Guide reputation.

Hydrus gave us the best quote among the three companies. The boiler has been installed, and it was functionally perfect. However, the fitting engineer did not complete the work in a professional way. Leaving boxes of the new boiler and did not neatly install electric wire (the hole on the wall was not filled and connectors were untidily exposed. ). Upon complaining, the engineer revisited and sorted out, but it was a slight disappointment. However, overall, the job was done properly with the price we are happy with. The boiler is working well and I hope it will reflect on the gas bill in future.

I don’t normally leave feedback but I was so impressed by greener homes they went over and beyond in helpfulness and professionalism I can’t fault them I highly recommend them and will use them for any plumbing and boiler needs. Thank you David

Danny was thorough, very helpful, did an excellent job , cleaned up and left the room. In a clean condition. He completed all the work in a day and was happy to answer any queries we had. Would highly recommend Hydrus Heating.

Turned up on time to quote. I gave the go ahead and the job was booked in for the next day. I didn't have to wait round for weeks. The job was completed in one day and all rubbish taken away. This is a house I rent out and the tenant was very happy with the service. I went to check the job and all good. Just so people know this company expect payment as soon as the job is complete. They don't have a 7 day payment policy so far as I know.

Definitely recommend Hydrus Heating, boiler installation went well received two after service phone calls from Hydrus to check if everything was ok and that there were no problems, also a further follow up call a few weeks after the boiler had been installed and running to say just give us a call if you need any further assistance. They installed a new boiler but the original installer made a mistake by connecting boiler acid drain to the roofs rain water down pipe instead of it's own pipe into the ground grid.
my old boiler flooded 3 time with lost's of rain water entering the house. Evan the new boiler flooded 2 times that meant the Vaillant engineer Richard Smith corrected the boiler and told me how to sort the outside pipe work out.
Disappointed. Quoted system flush. Not happen. Boiler installation appr 3 hours. Only drained system. Rads uneven heat. Cheap boiler,no timer(on/off and heat adjustment) wall thermostat not functioning. Sorry not the best. Stated would be back to review,not as yet....Cash upfront wrong move.
we come out and surveyed this you said you wanted to keep your existing heating controls then changed your mind. we have paid ourselves for an electrician to do this for you. The boiler also is one of the best not cheap you also agreed that. As for the flush we did the chemical flush I have photo evidence of that. so the review is very unfair.

My new boiler was installed on 3rd August last and paid for on the same day. Since then Ihave been trying to get a receipt for the monies paid and a copy of the guarantee that they promised. I have spoken by phone to three different people at Hydros who are always full of apologies and promise to sort it out the same day but I am still waiting. Can you please help? You recommended them.

They try to increase the price after starting the work,fail to complete the job as agreed and were unable to electrically connect the boiler to the rest of the system which was part of the quote.
