Established in 1997, M&R Plumbing and Heating Ltd provide a complete range of domestic and commercial gas, heating and plumbing services.
We have a wide range of Worcester Bosch boilers, heat pumps and solar systems, as well as Polyplumb underfloor heating on display at our showroom in Horwich.
We are an accredited Worcester Bosch installer and a service partner for Worcester Bosch, and all our engineers are Gas Safe and Oftec registered.
As a family business, we pride ourselves on our high standard of workmanship and excellent aftercare service, which has secured us a large amount of repeat business over the years.
Our purpose is to provide a high quality plumbing & heating service within the Lancashire and Greater Manchester area.
M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd strives to offer the best quality products with the best quality service within its sector.
We do this by putting the customer’s needs first, for example if and elderly customer or a customer with young children was to contact the office with no heating or hot water we would prioritise this customer and get there job done as soon as possible.
M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd have a 72 hour response policy to diagnose any issues the customer may have and get the job completed if this is possible, we also have an 85% first fix rate which we strive to keep as high as this.
