Mr Price came to house same day to assess the work needed and quote a price. Very acceptable quote and work arranged for Friday the same week. Young men arrived when I was told they would at 10 o'clock and were gone by midday. Very clean, efficient and personable. Would certainly recommend.

Dennis from Moorwarth energy quoted the job and when the subcontractors came they said that various bits were not quoted, I withheld payment and they came back and completed the job as what was quoted. 2 months later the boiler keeps losing pressure and heating not working, I called Karl (Moorwarth owner) up to fix the problem and he wanted to charge me another £100 to come out and have a look. I said to Karl that the installation was faulty and he said it must be piping or radiators even though I explained that it the old boiler had been working with no pressure loss for 11 years.
I'm now left with a system that is not fully working and am going to have to call out another gas engineer.
Looking at some other reviews online, this seems to be a common problem with their work and they blame it on everything but the work they have completed.
My advise is to avoid these guys and go with a company who you can trust!!

We did return and sorted out the problems you had created yourself, your pipework was not up to standard as you were told at the time of survey, at an extra cost we did offer to replace the pipe work but you declined and wanted to go ahead anyway, you were told of problems you may have from the outset
And as we told you the presssure loss is down to existing slow leaks on your system
Mr McDaid you were well aware of the problems you could have before we installed the fault lies entirely with you
If however you wish to replace your pipework we We would as a gesture reduce the cost to a minimum

New boiler installation done with very short lead time. Major leak in the pipework from the boiler 24 hrs after installation, which flooded the kitchen below. Moorwarmth refused to take any responsibility for the leak, and would not come back to look at the problem without pre-payment for their time/travel.
Have advised the relevant authorities regarding this unacceptable attitude. Had the leak - caused by an unsoldered join in the piping - fixed locally, all running ok now. Very poor and aggressive attitude to a problem of their own making, would not recommend them to anyone.

The problem was not on our system pipework our our fault, the leak as you well know came from your existing pipework, we offered to return to attend your problem but you declined on several occasions
We are not responsible for your existing faulty pipework but as a jesture of our high quality customer care we would have returned and sorted the problem of your own making
