We chose this company because they could fit the boiler relatively quickly and the price was competitive. The installer was excellent and would have given 5 stars to him. However we were told that the old boiler would be collected for recycling the next day and a week later it was still sitting in our front garden. I did chase but in the end my husband and I took it to the tip and he has just had a hip replacement. I also found that I was chased very hard for the money . I put down the deposit and the agreement was we would pay the balance when the work was completed . The installer was there until 6pm and they started chasing this before 2pm and I had 3 phone calls and an email despite me having told them I would sort it out when I got home at 2.30, I had paid it at 2.45 and still got another phone call at 3 pm asking me where it was . We are happy enough with the boiler and the fitter but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired
