So called plumber turned up to my property . I had previously gone through the problem with another one of their plumbers and I was assured that the relevant information would be passed on to the next plumber . I had to go through the whole thing again , he had no replacement parts with him , this was part of the info that should have been given to the guy . When I asked about the replacement parts he said that the wrong parts had been ordered by their office team . To cut a long and painful story short , he drained the water cylinder , topped it back up and took off . I’m still left with original problem nothing has been fixed . I still had to pay the bill even though nothing has been rectified with my boiler . I feel like I’ve been scammed by this company .

Scott came the day after our enquiry and planned the installation for 2 days later. He power flushed the system and had the new boiler installed in no time. He was courteous and efficient, his price was much cheaper than other quotes, and he didn't persuade us to buy anything more than we needed. Excellent, highly recommended.

Responded very quickly to my request for a quote and gave me a price in line with what I'd expected. Once I gave the go ahead Scott booked the work in 2 days later.
My old boiler was removed and disposed of and the new boiler installed within a day as promised. Very happy with the new boiler performance so far.
Only reason not to give 5 stars is because of the pipe installed to drain the condensate did not have any sealant used to fill the space between the pipe and the wall so I was left with a gap of about 5mm right through the cavity wall which I've had to fill myself.
