The first worker that attended, I would have to say his mind was not quite on the job, as my radiator valve had not been tightened up so I had a small leak, but they sent out an engineer to sort this,all other work carried out was good.

Overall very good but just a couple of small things - Workman was on his own so the job took longer than advised at estimate. He also had to remove my old boiler on his own which was very heavy. Did not receive any written or telephone confirmation once I had arranged for work to be done - had to phone them. There has been some slight damage to my bath panel which I have reported but have not heard anything back about as yet. Workman also turned off water supply to washing machine without telling me. Have not received invoice yet so can't comment if it as per quote.
