The IR24 Regular gas boiler from ATAG is a highly reliable unit which uses condensing technology to deliver an A rated energy efficiency level of 94%. It has been designed as a compact, wall mounted appliance with dimensions of just 700x440x355mm to save you space in your home.
This model has an output rating of 24kW which makes is perfectly suited for smaller homes with not such a high demand for heating and hot water, as well as homes with only one bathroom. It is also available in other outputs between 15kW to a 40kW ensuring there is a version to suit anyone's home heating demand. As a Regular boiler it is an economical replacement for a traditional heating system so you can avoid having to make any changes to the way your hot water is distributed in your home. It needs to be installed alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. This means it is not really suitable for homes where space may be limited.
Key features include simple to use controls to help give you maximum control over the unit and the unique iCon heat exchanger which has a lifetime replacement guarantee. This highly reliable unit has an extensive range of flue solutions meaning it is flexible in where it can be fitted.
Available with a 10 year warranty as standard, you have the option to extend this to 14 years when installed with a ONEZone smart controller, Adey Atom filter and a water treatment pack is used.
