The Envirogreen Popular Boilerhouse is a condensing floor-standing regular oil boiler designed and manufactured by Firebird.
Firebird have designed this unit to be installed in a garage, outbuilding or dedicated boiler house, helping to save you some much needed space around the home. The range also includes internal options that can be installed in kitchens or utility rooms and external models for garden installation.
Envirogreen Popular boilers are highly efficient, as shown by the seasonal efficiency rating of 93%, awarding it with an ErP A-rating for heat. The output rating of 18kW makes this an ideal boiler for smaller homes with 1 bathroom. Should you need a more powerful unit then the Envirogreen range also includes output ratings of 20 kW, 26 kW and 35 kW.
Some of the features include a low NOx or blue flame burner options, with the burner coming with a full diagnostic control box, full insulation to reduce heat loss, a patented heat exchanger, removable sides for ease of access, factory fitted expansion vessels and circulating pump, PCB control using highly accurate thermistors with an anti-cycling function, as well as flow and return pipework that can be connected on either side of the boiler for flexible installation.
As a Regular boiler, also known as Heat-only or Conventional boilers, they need to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. This means they’re not really suitable for smaller homes where space is limited.
Available with a 2 year warranty as standard, that can be extended to 10 years, you’ll be well covered long after the installation.
