This condensing floor standing boiler, comes with an energy efficiency rating of 93% and an 18kW output rating which makes the unit perfect for smaller homes where there isn’t such a high demand for heating and hot water. As it’s also available in a wide range of other outputs, there will be a unit to suit the heating demands of smaller and larger homes.
As a compact unit, this boiler is able to fit under a standard kitchen worktop which means it will be nicely tucked away and out of sight.
Fitted with a variety of features, including a patented heat exchanger, multiple tapping points for ease of installation, front service access, PCB controller with anti-cycling function, multi-directional flue options, a high-performance Riello RDB burner complete with full diagnostic control box and a condensate pump, this boiler has many benefits. As well as being fully insulated and acoustically designed for ultra-quiet operation.
Being a Regular boiler, this unit needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. This means it isn’t really suitable for smaller homes.
