RBHM were able to respond to our failed central heating system within a couple of days. Two engineers arrived at 9am and worked diligently throughout the the next two days to remove the old gravity fed system and boiler, then install new pipework and boiler.
The engineers were tidy and efficient and left us with a great new combi boiler system and a warm house.
Have recommended them since.

Our boiler failed on the Friday evening and I called our service/repair team on Saturday morning and was told that a technician wasn't available until Wednesday even though my wife and I are 79. I contacted Boiler Guide online on Sunday evening and Kevin of HeatCo phoned on Monday morning and made a detour to visit us. A new boiler installation was arranged for Wednesday but Kevin phoned late afternoon and confirmed that they were able to carry out the work the next day, Tuesday. Work completed on Tuesday to a very high standard and heat and hot water restored at 3pm to our great relief. Kevin and Adam were extremely polite and competent and we would recommend them without reservation. A Worcester Bosch combi boiler came with a 12 year warranty from HeatCo - excellent.
