Your Navien boiler is protected for 6 years after installation against manufacturing defects.
What's covered by the warranty?
Navien's warranty covers the boiler's components and if anything does wrong due to a manufacturer's defect, your boiler will be protected. However, if the breakdown is caused by a poor installation or sludge in the central heating system you may not be covered.
Terms and conditions
Your boiler is covered by a warranty, but if you don't satisfy the manufacturer's terms and conditions you may find that you're not protected when it you need it. It's always worth a look at the small print to be on the safe side. With Navien, your boiler will need to be serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer every 12 months to ensure the warranty remains valid.

How to register your warranty
To register your Navien boiler and ensure it's covered by the warranty as soon as possible, you can take a picture of your Warranty Registration Card or Benchmark Commissioning Checklist and email it to sales@navienuk.com.
The installation will be then be automatically registered within Navien Service Management System. Alternatively, you can telephone one of Navien's Warranty Registration Advisors on 0844 332 2323.
