In the event of a breakdown during your warranty period, Potterton will provide all parts and labour free of charge.

Terms and conditions

The installer of your Potterton boiler must be a Gas Safe registered engineer who should complete a Benchmark checklist for the product. After the installation, you will need to have your Potterton boiler serviced annually to keep the warranty valid.

How to register your warranty

Before your warranty is activated, you need to register your warranty with Potterton and you can do that via an online form on their website. Ensure you do this within 30 days of the installation.
