What's covered by the warranty?
During the warranty period, you will be covered for any faults that are proven to be a result of the manufacturing process.
Terms and conditions
In order to keep your warranty valid, you must arrange a service for your Ravenheat boiler by a Gas Safe registered engineer annually. The installer must also complete the Benchmark Commissioning Checklist and leave this with the appliance.
How to register your warranty
To activate your warranty, your boiler must be registered with Ravenheat within a month of installation and this can be done online.
