What is a boiler warranty?
You purchase a boiler with the vision that it will be heating your home for many years to come. So knowing that the manufacturer is there to correct any issues will give you the peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, you're covered. That's why boiler warranties are important.
Warranty periods tend to be between 1-10 years but can differ from manufacturer to manufacturer and model to model. During the warranty period, the manufacturer will send an engineer to your home to repair any faults, leaving you with a fully functioning boiler.

Standard Warmflow warranty
In the UK, most Warmflow Agentis boilers include a 2 year warranty as standard, while in Ireland Warmflow boilers include a 1 year warranty. The Agentis Professional range, which is designed to save the installer and homeowner time and money as it comes with over £250 of time-saving components already fitted, includes a 5 year warranty as standard.
How to extend the warranty
If your Warmflow boiler installed by an installer who is a Warmflow Connect scheme member, it will be covered by a 5 year warranty. Alternatively, the warranty can be extended to 5 years for a small fee.
What's covered by the warranty?
The warranty period includes all controls, plate heat exchangers and associated equipment contained within the boiler casing, such as the burner and flue system (if supplied by Warmflow).
Terms and conditions
The boiler must be installed and commissioned by a Warmflow Connect engineer, or an alternative engineer who is OFTEC registered. After the boiler has been installed, you'll need to either complete and return the guarantee registration form to Warmflow or register online, within 30 days.
To keep the warranty valid, your Warmflow boiler needs to be serviced by a Warmflow or OFTEC registered engineer every 12 months after the date of installation for the length of the warranty period.

You can either fill and return the guarantee registration form and send it back to Warmflow, or register online via the Warmflow website.
