Standard Johnson and Starley guarantee
All Johnson & Starley Quantec boilers come with an 8 year warranty as standard, so no matter which model you purchase you’ll be getting a lengthy warranty. Note that their range of warm air heaters have a warranty of 5 years.
What's covered by the guarantee?
During the warranty period, you'll be covered for anythings that's proved faulty or defective due to manufacturing process. The parts will be repaired or replaced without any parts and labour charges as long as Johnson and Starley have either authorised the work in writing or carry it out themselves.
Terms and conditions
Checking the terms and conditions is important before deciding on a warranty. In the case of Johnson and Starley, the boiler must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer following the installation instructions. After installation, the Johnson & Starley boiler will has to be serviced annually, otherwise the warranty will become invalid.
How to register your guarantee
To activate the warranty, you'll need to register the product either online, over the phone or by post within 30 days of the installation.
