What is a boiler warranty?

Boiler warranties are a promise from the manufacturer that after the installation of your brand new boiler, they'll be there to take care of any faults.

Warranties aren't always as simple as they sound though, with different manufacturers covering different things within their warranties. To help you understand what you'll be getting with a Vokera warranty, we've put together this handy guide.

Who are Vokera?

Standard Vokera warranty

Vokera boilers come with a 12 month warranty as standard but individual boilers come with anywhere between 2-7 years of warranty. To get the full standard warranty of the boiler you purchase, you'll need to register with Vokera after installation and meet their terms and conditions.

How to extend the warranty

If your boiler completely breaks down then Vokera can repair it and then cover you for a further year against breakdowns. This comes with a cost that can be spread across 12 months.

What's covered by the warranty?

Under the warranty, Vokera will repair or replace parts where a fault is caused by either material or workmanship of the manufacturer.

Terms and conditions

For the full warranty to take place, your boiler must be registered with Vokera within 30 days of the installation. From then on you’ll need to arrange for your Vokera boiler to be serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer for every year of the warranty.

How to register your warranty

You'll need to make sure that your warranty is activated within 30 days of the installation online via Vokera's website to activate your warranty.
