It's important to know that when you get a new boiler installed, you're not only getting an appliance that will provide your home with heating and hot water, but a manufacturer who will be there should anything go wrong.
The vast majority of boiler will come with a standard warranty period of 1-10 years, which can help you get an idea of how much faith the manufacturer has in their product. While the length of a warranty is important, it's also vital to know what's covered in that time.
Different warranties can cover varying things depending on the manufacturer, some may only cover labour costs while other will only cover certain parts of the boiler. To help you understand the warranties offered by Grant, this simple guide will tell you everything you need to know.

Standard Grant warranty
Most Grant boilers come with a 3 year warranty, although some models come with a 5 or 10 year warranty when they're installed by a G-One accredited installer.
What's covered by the warranty?
While under your warranty, you'll be covered for labour and call-out costs but any faults due to accidental damage or tampering won't be covered.
You will need to register your boiler on Grant's website within 30 days of the installation to validate the warranty. Once the warranty has been validated you will then be able to activate your extended warranty, if applicable.
